The Hall County Board of Commissioners, shown at a work session Monday, has a packed agenda for its Thursday meeting. Among the topics are the proposed Atlanta River Walk in South Hall, a proposed Mincey Marble plant and buying right of way for the widening of Spout Springs Road in South Hall.
A whale of a meeting could be in store Thursday before the Hall County Board of Commissioners. The board, which nailed down its agenda as part of a Monday work session, is set to vote on two huge rezoning issues that have attracted a lot of attention from area residents: Atlanta River Walk in South Hall and a proposed Mincey Marble plant in West Hall. Peachtree City-based ARW Group is seeking to develop the 508-acre Atlanta River Walk off Old Winder Highway/Ga. 211 at Union Church Road.
