Hall Sheriffs office seeks help finding missing teen, man

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two people who have been missing for quite some time.

Chelsea Lynn Southers, 16, left DFCS custody on or about July 29, 2014. She had been placed with a family member but left the home on foot. Chelsea has previously been seen in the company of her siblings and their mother in the East Hall/Lula area and has also been seen in the Murrayville area.

Southers is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. She has blond hair, brown eyes and multiple tattoos.

Michael Kelly Bozeman, 36, was last seen at his residence on Georgia Avenue around Jan. 10. He left on foot and has previously lived within the homeless community in Gainesville.

Bozeman has brown hair and green eyes. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds.
