Hall County Schools’ technological infrastructure meets expectations, but, according to the draft of the three-year technology plan, the system’s greatest need is to continue to provide training for teachers, students and parents on how to use it effectively. According to the plan, which was presented to the board of education Monday night for its approval, the system has reached an “acceptable student to computer ratio” of 2.31 to 1, but the system feels effectively using what it already has is essential. “I think as a district we believe that we need blended learning,” said Dave Robles, instructional technology coordinator.
