Hall County’s Board of Commissioners has agreed to front some $10 million worth of infrastructure improvements, namely the extension of sewer lines and construction of roads, to make a 518-acre site on Ga. 365 viable for industrial development. The Gateway Industrial Centre would be the largest industrial park in Hall County; its 518 acres would likely be divided into 23 to 25 different sites for developments. The property is already zoned for light and heavy industrial uses.
