The southern portion of Hall County Schools will adjust its elementary school zones for the 2015-2016 school year, and the school board reviewed a possible new zoning map at its meeting Monday. The map includes extending the Chestnut Mountain Creative School of Inquiry zone and the Friendship Elementary School zone into the Spout Springs Elementary zone. “You can see that, by taking the very central eastern slice of the current Spout Springs Elementary district, you have some very quick arteries over to Chestnut Mountain Elementary School, such as Cash Road to Union Church,” Superintendent Will Schofield said.
