The railroad crossing at Ga. 52/Lula Road will be closed Monday if weather permits repair work to the crossing. Norfolk Southern Railroad plans work that will require lane closures, and a detour will be in place since traffic will not be able to cross the tracks, according to a news release from the Department of Transportation. The DOT advises avoiding the area between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. that day.
