Hall County is facing further court action in a dispute over bonds that were issued to pay for sidewalks in three subdivisions. While the issue plays out in court, sidewalks in the Grandview Estates, Ellison Farm Estates and Flat Stone Overlook neighborhoods remain unfinished. The county is facing an appeal of a summary judgment lawsuit it won in April against Selective Insurance Company of America Inc. for uncollected bond payments on sidewalk construction in the three subdivisions.
