Nine graduates had reason to celebrate Thursday in Gainesville, but if they learned anything, they’ll be celebrating with juice, and not champagne. Thursday was graduation from Hall County DUI Court. Nine people accepted certificates inside the courthouse in front of friends, family and program leaders.
