Annual tax assessment notices for about 4,200 commercial and industrial properties in Hall County were dropped in the mail today, but it’s not time to pay up quite yet. The notices contain the assessed value of taxable property and an estimate of this year’s tax bill. Because the 2014 property tax rate has not yet been determined, the estimate is based on the assessed value and last year’s tax rate.
