The sheriff’s office said Paige Gergely, 16, of Braselton, and Jesse Brian Quintanilla, 18, of Flowery Branch, are believed to be together, though investigators do not know how they are traveling.

Gergely’s mother reported dropping off her 16-year-old daughter around 4 p.m. Tuesday at Lanier Technical College for class.

“Quintanilla was last seen by his mother at their residence in Flowery Branch at the same time, approximately 4 p.m.,” according to the sheriff’s office’s Facebook page.

Quintanilla has black hair and brown eyes, weighing 200 pounds and standing 5 feet 6 inches tall. No information was given by the sheriff’s office on his clothing.
