The Hall County Commission approved an 82-townhome development for Old Winder Highway on July 11, 2024.
The Hall County Commission approved a development for Old Winder Highway in a 3-0 vote on July 11. Chairman Richard Higgins was absent from the meeting and District 1 Commissioner Kathy Cooper recused herself from the vote.
