A proposed subdivision off JM Turk Road in South Hall would feature 284 homes, including "estate-style" homes such as this one, down from an original plan from 324.
The development would consist of four areas, with detached homes that are at least 2,800 square feet in one “estate-style” section and 1,800 square feet in size in two other sections.
