Cody Locantro of Gainesville has big plans for his $7 million prize from the Georgia Lottery: He’s going to get married. Locantro, 35, was selected as a winner from the Oct. 30 $7 Million Jackpot Extra Chance Promotion. After lottery officials presented him with an oversized check Thursday at the Georgia Lottery District Office in Duluth, Locantro said he planned to marry his longtime girlfriend.
