Get out of town: Hall County has banished more than 300 in 6 years
Many offenders obligated to stay out of county while on probation

When the handcuffs come off, it’s time for some people to leave town. More than 300 people with criminal cases in Hall County in the past six years have been banned from Hall County or the greater Northeastern Judicial Circuit, which also includes Dawson County, according to court records. Such banishment from the circuit will last for the term of a person’s probation.
