The GBI is investigating a death at the Hall County Jail Thursday morning, according to Sgt. Kiley Sargent with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. Sabrina Mitchell, 29, of Jefferson became ill, fainted and went into cardiac arrest at about 8 a.m., Sargent said. Medical personnel attempted to revive her but were unsuccessful.
