Hall County fire officials confirmed about 1 p.m. that roads have reopened after a gas leak at Atlanta Highway/Ga. 13 and Lanier Islands Parkway/Ga. 347 in South Hall.

The area was closed while repairs were made, according to a Hall County Fire Services news release. No injuries have been reported. 

The cause of the leak was due to road construction in the area, Fire Services spokesman Zachary Brackett said.
