A South Hall teenager has been charged with murder in the death of her 9-day-old daughter, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s investigators arrested Haley Brook Clark, 17, without incident at the sheriff’s office on Monday and booked her at the Hall County Jail, where she is being held without bond. Her arrest stems from a July 18 incident in which Hall County emergency medical units and sheriff’s deputies were called to the 5200 block of Hopewell Lane regarding a report of an infant who had stopped breathing.
