A Gainesville man is dead following a shooting late Saturday east of Gainesville.

Rashawn Miguel Taylor, 24, was found shot in the 1800 block of Tulip Drive off Floyd Road at about 11 p.m., according to a news release from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.

No one else was injured.

Taylor was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, officials said.

Investigators said Sunday night that they are looking for a maroon 2003 Nissan Altima with a PJB 3588 license plate number. They said they could not release any information about suspects.

Deputy Nicole Bailes said earlier Sunday that investigators are working several leads.
