David Wilder Mossman, 35, of Gainesville, was charged Monday with manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Seventeen marijuana plants were found in a closet at his residence on Riverside Terrace.

Processed marijuana, smoking pipes and marijuana-related paraphernalia also were found at the residence.

The estimated street value of the marijuana is $34,000.
Mossman was booked at the Hall County Jail.
