Authorities say a Gainesville man displayed a gun while robbing another man at Orchard Brook Apartments earlier this month.

Anthony Perez, 19, is charged with aggravated assault and armed robbery in the March 14 incident.

Gainesville Police Sgt. Kevin Holbrook said Perez “took items such as a phone, wallet and cash” from the victim.

Perez was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Hall County Jail.
