Nurse Practitioner Eva Johnson sees heart patient Doris Dodgins at The Good News Clinics while Dodgins' husband Allen waits. Good News Clinics is hosting their annual fundraiser this Thursday to support its heart clinic, which has a readmission rate of just 3 percent, versus national average of 22 percent, thanks to support from NGMC and other medical providers in community.
Doris Dodgins, 63, got the scare of her life last year when she was admitted to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville for symptoms related to congestive heart failure.
