The Flowery Branch City Council approved a 2015 fiscal year budget, with one more meeting to go before a tax millage rate is set. Council members approved a general fund budget of $3.4 million at Thursday’s meeting, and an overall budget of $7.8 million. Joe Anglin voted against the proposal.
