Fire did more than $600k in damage to Flowery Branch home

Hall County Fire Services is still working to determine the cause of a fire that did between $600,000 and $700,000 in damage to a house in Flowery Branch. The early morning fire Friday destroyed the 6,000-square-foot home in the Royal Lakes subdivision. Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell said when firefighters responded just before 5 a.m., the house was already heavily consumed in flames.
