Fire heavily damaged a home on Goddard’s Ford Road off Browns Bridge Road Tuesday afternoon, but no injuries were reported.

Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell said fire dispatch received numerous calls about the fire from neighbors and bystanders beginning about 4:30 p.m. and firefighters found the lakefront home fully engulfed in fire.

Nobody was inside the two-story, 2,000-square-foot residence at the time, Kimbrell said.
