The annual Spring Chicken Festival and parade will close some roads downtown Saturday morning. Streets along the parade route will be blocked from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. and include an area from Washington Street at Green Street to Main Street and Spring Street. Vendors will also be set up in the square most of the day, as the festival runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.
