Alcohol and drugs are thought to be contributing factors to a Sunday wreck involving a Flowery Branch woman on an all-terrain vehicle. The driver, Joann Grega, 35, was operating a four-wheeler around 4 p.m. while heading southbound on Oak Street in Clermont. After traveling off the left shoulder of the roadway, she overcorrected and caused the vehicle to overturn according to Trooper Jonathan Munger with the Georgia State Patrol.
