Moms can learn about the safety of tackle football Monday at a clinic hosted by the Atlanta Falcons.
The event will begin with dinner at 6 p.m. and presentations at 7 p.m. Monday at North Hall High School. It will feature information about concussions, equipment fitting and proper tackling techniques and is set to wrap up by 9 p.m.
On-field drills led by former Falcons will conclude the event, so those attending should dress accordingly. Spouses and children should be left at home, according to a news release from the Falcons.
The event is free but registration is required at atlantafalcons.com/momsclinics.
