Attorney Lisa Maniscalco announced Thursday that she is running for Hall County probate judge. Maniscalco has practiced law for 15 years, working as administrator for the Hall County Probate Court for the past eight. “I am the most qualified candidate because I have been working in the court and dealing with the same issues and types of cases I will be handling as judge,” Maniscalco said. “...
