Work is gearing up on the new bridge on Ga. 284/Clarks Bridge Road at Lake Lanier. Snellville company E.R. Snell Contractor will begin installing work zone signs this week, and equipment and materials will be delivered to the site Monday, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation. During the first week of November, crews will begin working in the lake, preparing to drill for new concrete support structures for the new bridge.
