The victim of a Saturday shooting had just registered his clothing company with the Secretary of State and was poised to enter a career in entertainment and fashion, a friend said. Rashawn Miguel Taylor, 24, was found shot in the 1800 block of Tulip Drive off Floyd Road at about 11 p.m. Saturday. He was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
