Neither Hall County or Gainesville school district expects to be affected by the recent Department of Justice lawsuit about students with disabilities. The DOJ filed the lawsuit against Georgia because of its Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support program. It contends students were put in separate, segregated and unequal settings — violations of federal law.
