Homestar Financial Corporation recently welcomed Al Satterfield to its team as a mortgage loan originator in the company’s corporate offices located in the Gym of ’36 in Gainesville.

Satterfield is a native of the Gainesville/Hall County area and brings more than 30 years of financial experience and expertise to Homestar. Previously, he held the roles of consumer lender and executive vice president in the banking industry. He went on to close numerous deals throughout Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina and Florida for various hotel chains, averaging more than $8-9 million for each hotel product.
