A recapitalization effort by Foothills Community Bank to raise $10 million of common stock reached its successful completion.

“Regulatory approval to break escrow was received on May 3, 2016 and our management team is already employing this capital to grow the bank in a sound and profitable manner,” said John L. Lewis, president and CEO of First Citizens Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Foothills Community Bank.
