Bowen Center for the Arts announces quilt raffle winner
On Dec. 8, the Heart in Hand Quilt Guild drew a winner for its annual Quilt Raffle to benefit The Bowen Center for the Arts. This year’s winner was Dawsonville resident and quilter Carol Corner. She said the quilt has all her favorite colors. This raffle quilt is prepared every year by the Guild to help The Bowen support programs for children and the arts throughout the year.
