Hall County commissioners discussed two options Monday afternoon to keep in operation the Red Rabbit bus service, a fixed-route operation shared with the city of Gainesville. The county may accept federal grant funding service as the city of Gainesville takes over equipment, operations and financial liability, or the county will leave Gainesville to apply for the funds and take over everything. The county declined that same grant funding earlier this month.
