Brenau University President Ed Schrader has been named to his second three-year term on the board of trustees for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. “At a time when higher education in the United States is under more scrutiny than ever before and under more pressure to break out of the normal approaches to fulfilling its obligations to society, this service on the board has been quite a rewarding, enlightening and humbling experience for me,” Schrader said in a news release. He was reappointed to the board in December during the agency’s annual meeting.
