Chad Black appointed as Hall deputy fire chief

Hall County Fire Services announced Monday that Chad Black had been appointed to the position of deputy fire chief. Chad Black worked as the interim deputy fire chief since Aug. 25, when Fire Chief Jeff Hood filled the position vacated by David Kimbrell. Black has served more than 29 years with Hall County Fire Services.
