After a quarter of a century, a stalwart of the Hall County Juvenile Court was honored Saturday night for his dedication to children of abuse or neglect. Juvenile Court Judge Cliff Jolliff, who is retiring at the end of the year, was honored by Hall-Dawson CASA, the Court Appointed Special Advocates for children. “Because it’s so busy at the office, it still doesn’t quite feel like the end,” Jolliff said.
