Husband-and-wife political advisers James Carville and Mary Matalin, who worked for opposing presidential candidates in 1992, are scheduled to appear at Brenau University on April 18.

Carville, who helped steer then Democratic candidate Bill Clinton, and Matalin, who consulted for Republican President George H.W. Bush, are set to present "All’s Fair: Love, War and Politics" at 6 p.m. in Pearce Auditorium.

Carville will meet with students for a question-and-answer session at 5 p.m. The events, open to the public, will run as part of Brenau’s reunion weekend. Carville and Matalin are appearing as part of the Kay and Douglas Ivester programming series.
