Baden joins NE Ga. Physicians Group Radiation Oncology
Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Radiation Oncology has added Dr. Craig Baden to its practice.
Baden earned his medical degree, master’s in public health and bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also has a master’s degree in theology from Wheaton College. After medical school, Baden completed his internal medicine internship at the University of Washington before completing his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Earlier this year, Dr. Baden received the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology global health scholarship, which sent him to work for the radiation oncology department at the Cancer Diseases Hospital in Lusaka, Zambia. He has worked in Peru, Ecuador, Haiti and Tanzania.
“I really enjoy being there for patients during what is often a tremendously difficult time in their lives,” Baden said.

Greene Ford honored for regional sales success
Greene Ford in Gainesville recently was awarded the coveted Ford Atlanta Region Championship belt for the third month in a row. The honor is given to the dealership with the highest percentage of sales over their goal.
For August, Greene Ford ranked No. 1 in their region for Explorer sales, No. 2 in Super Duty sales and No. 3 in Mustang sales. The dealership is located at 2365 Browns Bridge Road.
