Peach State Bank & Trust named ICBA top performer

Peach State Bank & Trust in Gainesville has been recognized as a Top Performer in the June issue of ICBA Independent Banker, the magazine of the Independent Community Bankers of America.

Peach State’s recognition is based on its earnings for operational efficiencies throughout 2013.

“Peach State Bank & Trust knows their local market and they thrive because of that expertise,” Chris Lorence, ICBA executive vice president and chief marketing officer, said in a news release. “We commend Peach State for its ongoing dedication, enthusiasm and devotion to the banking industry.”

Independent Banker pulled year end FDIC data to identify the community banks with the highest performance metrics in six asset size categories.

“Peach State is pleased to be recognized as an ICBA Top Performer,” said Ron Quinn, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peach State Bank & Trust.

“As a proud member of the Gainesville community, we credit our loyal local customers and dedicated employees for our success. We look forward to serving the unique needs of our community and helping it grow and prosper in the years to come.”
