Greater Hall Chamber names 3 to staff positions The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce has hired Elizabeth Jacobs Higgins, Garrett Wiley and Gerri Collins to fill staff positions. Higgins is the new executive director of VISION 2030. The Hall County native comes to the chamber from her job as director of Core Essential Values, a curriculum and resource company infusing values in public schools across the country.
