Fessler to head marketing firm’s Birmingham office Morton Vardeman & Carlson, a Gainesville-based strategic marketing firm, has opened a satellite office in Birmingham, Ala. Senior account executive and public relations strategist Tiffany Townsend Fessler will head the satellite office. Fessler first joined the firm in 1999 as a public relations account executive.
