Grimsley joins The Oxley Group as director of client development The Oxley Group of Gainesville has named Don Grimsley as director of client development. He will be responsible for the leadership of all client development activities and will extend the company’s ability to offer its programs and services. Grimsley’s background includes investment banking and debt capital markets, where he was responsible for analyzing, packaging and marketing syndicated debt transactions in excess of $5 billion for Fortune 500 companies in energy, retail, manufacturing and transportation.
