Main women's restroom facility without covered trash containers for sanitary napkins and pit women's restroom has one stall without covered trash receptacle. One fluorescent bulb in plastic sheaths without end caps in main concession and one set of lights in pit concession without sheaths or end caps. Dry storage room in main concession will need to shield fluorescent bulbs to protect uncovered equipment.
