A Brenau University vice president was sworn in Thursday to serve on the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission. Gov. Nathan Deal installed Toby Hinton, vice president for financial services, as a member of the board, which regulates private colleges and universities, both nonprofit institutions like Brenau as well as for-profit entities.
