A 47-year-old man was found dead this morning in a drainage ditch in the 1400 block of Lyman Street off Pearl Nix Parkway, but Hall County Sheriff’s Officials say foul play is not suspected. Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks said it appears the man, who they believe is homeless, fell into the ditch, struck his head and bled to death. A passerby found him.
