A Gainesville man is accused of inappropriately touching one female victim before exposing himself to another victim, police said.

David Garcia, 35, was charged with sexual battery and public indecency.

Flowery Branch Police investigator Robin Kemp said Garcia allegedly touched a woman at her place of business.

Kemp said Garcia and the woman did not know one another.

“After inappropriately touching the female, Garcia went to the parking lot of Stone Bridge Shopping Center and exposed himself to another female victim from inside Garcia’s vehicle,” Kemp wrote in an email.

Witnesses gave police the tag number for the vehicle Garcia was driving, and police found the car and Garcia at his residence.
