The firetruck manufacturer that sold a truck to Hall County responded to the lawsuit from three firefighters who were injured in a training incident last year. The Sutphen Corporation filed its response on July 1 to the separate lawsuits brought by Will Griffin, T.J. Elliott and Stephen Jackson, who fell 44 feet during an Allen Creek Training Center exercise. All three suffered major injuries and incurred medical expenses totally near $1 million. according to court documents.
