A Cleveland man was arrested Monday by the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, which believes he sold a kilogram of methamphetamine per week for the past two years. The White County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI’s North Georgia Major Offenders Task Force arrested David Hawkins at his Pelican Drive residence in Cleveland. Hawkins was the subject of a two-year investigation by law enforcement.
